What matters on your quote
Do not turn kVA into kW by changing the unit label. Ask for the usable real-power rating, phase allocation and backup equipment on your own installation.
- An AC round-trip efficiency is not directly comparable with a battery-only DC efficiency.
- The UK download currently blocks automated retrieval (403). The existing checked figures remain tied to that source and their original read dates. The indexed EMEA revision confirms configurable kVA ratings; ask for the UK commissioning setting and current warranty before ordering.

Ask the installer before you sign
- Is the usable capacity on the quote the figure above, or a nominal one?
- Can it charge fast enough to fill in your cheap window? Charging power × hours of the window is the most it can take in.
- Is any equipment needed for backup in a power cut included in the price?
- Does it work alongside your current solar inverter, or replace it?
- Which warranty conditions apply in the UK, and what do you have to do to keep them?
